Durham Connects provides in-home nurse visits to parents of newborns that live in Durham County.

What can Durham Connects do for you?

Having a new baby affects many areas of a family’s life. Durham Connects' nurses are more than RNs—they are superheroes! Nurses are trained to answer all kinds of questions and are well-connected to community supports so we can plug you in according to your needs and interests.
